What is Game Changing Fuel?

Game Changing Fuel (Fuel Club) is a chef-prepared meal service for athletes and busy people in South Florida. We make complete, high-protein meals, bulk proteins and sides, and snacks — delivered chilled and ready to heat.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Check the Delivery Areas page for every city and town we serve.

When do you deliver?

We chef-prepare your order fresh and deliver it chilled every Sunday, ready to heat. Order by Wednesday 11:59 PM to be on that Sunday's route — orders placed Thursday through Saturday go out the following Sunday. Delivery is free on orders of 5 or more items ($9.99 delivery under 5).

When is the order cutoff?

Wednesday at 11:59 PM. Any order placed by then is on that Sunday's delivery. If you order Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, you're on the following Sunday's delivery — the cart shows the exact date your order will arrive before you check out.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free on orders of 5 or more items across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Orders under 5 items have a flat $9.99 delivery fee.

Do I need a subscription?

No. You order à la carte whenever you want — there's no subscription or weekly commitment required.

How do the meals arrive, and how do I store them?

Meals arrive chilled and labeled. Keep them refrigerated and heat them when you're ready to eat.

How do I prepare the meals?

Just heat and eat — most meals are ready in a few minutes. No cooking and no cleanup.

Are the meals high-protein?

Yes. The menu is built around protein for performance — chef-prepared meals plus proteins by the pound so you can hit your targets.

What's on the menu?

Chef-prepared meals (a rotating menu of complete entrées), proteins, starches and veggies by the pound, and snacks like date energy balls and PB cookie dough bites.

Can I build my own plates?

Yes. Order proteins, starches, and veggies by the pound to build your own plates and dial in your macros.
