1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Game Changing Fuel's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Game Changing Fuel provides prepared meal delivery services. Our meals are prepared fresh and delivered weekly to customers within our service area (Miami to West Palm Beach, Florida).
3. Orders and Payment
All orders must be placed by Wednesday at 11:59 PM ET for Sunday delivery. Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure payment processor. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Subscriptions
Subscription customers will be charged weekly at the discounted subscription rate. You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before the weekly order cutoff. Cancellation requests must be made before Wednesday at 11:59 PM ET to avoid being charged for the following week.
5. Delivery
We deliver on Sundays to addresses within our service area. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery location is available. We are not responsible for spoilage if meals are left unattended for extended periods.
6. Allergens and Dietary Restrictions
While we make every effort to accommodate dietary preferences and allergen requests, our kitchen handles common allergens including but not limited to: shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs. Cross-contamination may occur. If you have severe allergies, please consult with us before ordering.
7. Limitation of Liability
Game Changing Fuel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or consumption of our products.
