Our Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your meals, we'll make it right.

Quality Issues

If you receive meals that are damaged, spoiled, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will either:

  • Replace the affected meals at no additional charge
  • Issue a full refund for the affected items
  • Provide credit toward your next order

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until Wednesday at 11:59 PM ET. After this cutoff, orders are in preparation and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next week, cancellation must be requested before Wednesday at 11:59 PM ET. Refunds are not provided for weeks already charged but you will continue to receive your meals for that week.

Delivery Issues

If your delivery does not arrive or arrives significantly late (affecting food quality), please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement delivery or issue a full refund.

First-Time Orders

New customers who are unsatisfied with their first order for any reason may request a full refund within 48 hours of delivery. We want you to love Game Changing Fuel, and we stand behind our food quality.

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
